Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team.

In this role, you will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring product compliance with GMP requirements and internal procedures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to maintaining the highest quality standards across our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update quality-related procedures and documentation.

  • Review product documentation and manage quality events.

  • Manage Change Control, CAPA, deviation and OOX records in the eQMS system, including GMP compliance assessment and timely closure.

  • Issue and maintain controlled document copies for relevant departments.

  • Support audit readiness activities.

  • Support external client and regulatory inspections.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Quality Systems.

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Bioengineering, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems roles.

  • Good knowledge of GMP requirements and QMS systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with the MasterControl system.

  • Experience in Production, Quality Control, or Validation.

  • Experience participating in audits or inspections.

Salary:

€2,000–2,500 gross/month
